VET Student Loans

Important Information for GTI Students Global Training Institute (RTO 31192) is approved to offer VET Student Loans (VSL) for selected Diploma and Advanced Diploma qualifications. This page explains what a VSL is, who is eligible, the fees involved, and your responsibilities as a student.  What is a VET Student Loan?

A VET Student Loan is a loan from the Australian Government that helps eligible full-fee-paying students pay their tuition fees for approved courses. The loan:

  • becomes a personal debt you must repay through the tax system
  • remains owing until fully repaid
  • may reduce your take-home pay and borrowing capacity while it is being repaid

You may wish to seek independent financial advice before applying.
