A VET Student Loan is a loan from the Australian Government that helps eligible full-fee-paying students pay their tuition fees for approved courses. The loan:
- becomes a personal debt you must repay through the tax system
- remains owing until fully repaid
- may reduce your take-home pay and borrowing capacity while it is being repaid
You may wish to seek independent financial advice before applying.
